The Mayor's Defibrillator Fund

The Childrens SInging workshop in October (run by Sue, Emma and Fiona, and featuring the Church Juniors and Wallingford Children's Choir) raised £440.
The concert with the children plus The Wallingford Singers in November raised £960.
The Church Choir carol singing at Waitrose raised £250.

SO overall we raised £1650 for the fund, enough for 2 defibrillators! Well done everyone xx

Spring Concert 2014

Our recent Spring Concert on March 8th 2014 raised the wonderful sum of £570 for Helen and Douglas House, well done everyone!

End of term "jolly"

Congratulations to everyone in the Wallingford Singers for a wonderful evening on Thursday 28th November. The singing was fantastic and we all had such fun, as did the audience. Even better we managed to raise a wonderful total of £500 for Macmillan Cancer Support! Well done, have a great Christmas. See you at pantomime and then February 6th rehearsal!

A new venue for The Wallingford Singers rehearsals

Please note that The Wallingford Singers will now rehearse at St. Mary's Church, Wallingford. The term begins on Thursday 12th September at 8 pm in the church (no longer at St. John's School). Please come and see us at Bunkfest at 2pm on Sunday 1st September on the Main Stage.

Wallingford Singers new term

The new term for Wallingford Singers will start on September 12th but of course we will be rehearsing at St. Mary's Church for Bunkfest on August 22nd and 29th (for full details look on the website diary).

Wallingford Singers raise cash for Helen & Douglas House

Our informal little end of term concert for hit at least some of the right notes in support of locally based hospice charity Helen & Douglas House. Collections at the concert raised £345 in donations - thanks to all who gave generously!
