John Rutter, one of the UK’s foremost choral composers, will lead a Come and Sing Day in Dorchester Abbey in support of charities including the Footsteps Foundation. The foundation provides financial support to families attending the Footsteps Therapy Centre in Warborough, Oxfordshire. It awards grants to help with the ongoing physiotherapy provided at the Footsteps Therapy Centre. Footsteps provides intensive physiotherapy for children and young adults with Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy and other genetic disorders.

Music will include some new compositions from John Rutter himself as well as pieces by other composers. Copies will be provided and enthusiasts at all levels are welcome to participate in what promises to be a most rewarding day with an inspirational teacher.
More details are available on the Dorchester Festival Website, or download a poster for the event here.
